Many of our items are large and heavy. Please review product descriptions and dimensions before making a purchase.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you received free shipping on your original order, we may recoup the shipping expense we incurred on the original delivery.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Many of our products are handmade, making them inherently and purposefully imperfect. Dimensions are an approximation.

We do not guarantee that we will accept any claims for refunds or returns on custom or personalized items.
